About SkillForge
We want every student to leave with an actual next step, not just a list of job titles. SkillForge matches what you're into against real career profiles, then builds a path from where you are right now to get there.
Our mission
To make honest, personalized career guidance free and available to every student — built around your actual answers, not a generic top-3 list.
Our values
Built on your answers
Your matches come from what you actually picked — interests, priorities, and work style — not a one-size-fits-all default.
Student-centered
No fluff, no gatekeeping — just honest guidance, written for someone figuring this out for the first time.
Free, no catch
SkillForge is completely free. Every student deserves real career guidance regardless of background or budget.
Privacy first
Your answers are stored on your own device, not on a server. They're yours, and yours alone.
Works either way
SkillForge uses AI when it's available, but never depends on it — a local matching engine keeps things accurate even if the AI call fails.
Actually actionable
Not just a career name — a roadmap with concrete skills, projects, free resources, and milestones tied to where you are now.
